Configure Fict shadcn and install your first component.

Initialize a Fict project

Run the CLI in an existing Fict application:

npx @fictjs/shadcn@latest init

The command creates fictcn.json, installs the shared styling dependencies, and prepares the configured component and utility directories.

Add components

npx @fictjs/shadcn@latest add button dialog input

Generated files use Fict JSX. Accessible primitives are imported from @fictjs/radix-ui, not the React radix-ui package.
